Online order return

You can cancel and return your online order within 14 days from the date you receive it. The products must be returned in the condition received by the customer, complete, without any damage, without having been used and the packaging of the product must be the one that normally accompanies the product.

In addition, for all cases that are not returned within 14 days or in case that the product packaging has been opened and the returned product is not necessarily accompanied by all the documents that accompanied it (e.g. packaging, retail receipt, etc. .), then our company reserves the right not to accept any return. Before any return, it is recommended to contact our company, either by email from the contact page, or by phone at 2310-513339, Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00. In case of our own fault (wrong product shipment) the costs are borne by us. In case of change of mind of the recipient, the costs shall be borne by the recipient.

The items will be returned with the transport company we cooperate with, in case of our own fault and if there has been prior communication. If the customer chooses a different shipping company due to a change of mind, the shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Any product change takes place within 14 days, once the returned products are received and we check that they are in their original condition. In any case, the products must be returned within 14 days to the following address of our company:

In the event that the products are returned damaged or incomplete, our company has no obligation to receive them or has the right to receive them and request compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products and any of this cause of its damage, and to proceed unilaterally and without others in total or partial set-off of its claim against the customer, with the express reservation of all other rights. In general, to complete the return process, regardless of the justification, the customer must have fully paid his debt to our company, both in terms of the cost of the item and the transport charges, when the return is not due to fault of our company.

Refund

Refunds will be processed within 4 days to the bank account from which they were transferred, once we receive the products and check that they are in their original condition.
